OFFICIAL RULES AND REQUIREMENTS

Becoming Life Reset Program Giveaway – ATN Innovation Summit 2025

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The giveaway is sponsored by Becoming Co (“Sponsor”), located at 1900 N Bayshore Drive, Miami, FL 33132 USA.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of New York State and the United States who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Becoming, LLC, their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and individuals living in the same households of such employees, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Giveaway Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on 5/14/2024 and ends on 6/17/2024, at 3:00 pm EST of Day One. All entries must be received by 2:59 PM EST on the end date to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Giveaway through one of the following methods:

a. Online Entry:
Visit https://forms.gle/QwSze61ptso7egFj8 and complete the entry form by submitting your full name, email address, mobile number, and any required fields. 

b. In-Person Entry:
Submit your name and contact information at the Becoming booth during the ATN Innovation Summit 2025 held on June 17-18th. 

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate entries will be void.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive complimentary access to Becoming’s Life Reset Program. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize is $154,000 USD.

While the Life Reset Program may be marketed at a value of up to $30,000, the ARV is based on the estimated fair market value of services rendered. No cash or other substitution will be made, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. 

The winner will be announced live during the event and contacted via email or phone within 48 hours. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

9. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Becoming Co to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected from participants will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.startbecoming.co/privacy-policy.

11. Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in New York.

12. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope 30 days after drawing date to:
